Cold-rolled (pulled) carbon steel pipes, in addition to encompassing general steel pipes, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipes, high pressure boiler steel pipes, and other standard categories, also embrace carbon thin-walled steel pipes, alloy thin-walled steel pipes, non-rust thin-walled steel pipes, and uniquely shaped steel pipes. General carbon steel pipes are crafted from a variety of high-quality materials such as 10, 20, 30, 35, 45 pure carbon steel, along with 16Mn, 5MnV low-alloy structural steels, and alloy steels like 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2, and 40MnB. Seamless pipes derived from low carbon steels such as 10 and 20 primarily facilitate fluid transport pipelines. In contrast, medium carbon steel seamless pipes, including 45 and 40Cr, are integral for manufacturing mechanical components like stressed parts in automobiles and tractors. These carbon steel pipes are engineered to guarantee strength and endure flattening tests. Delivered in both hot-rolled or heat-treated conditions, cold-rolled steel pipes are specifically provided in a heat-treated state to ensure optimal performance.
