Product Description

Our galvanized coils are crafted through a meticulous process, where sheet steel is submerged in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a robust and resilient zinc-coated finish. This is achieved primarily through continuous galvanizing, wherein rolled steel plates are immersed in a zinc-melted plating tank, culminating in exceptional galvanized steel plates. For the creation of alloyed galvanized steel plates, a hot dip method is employed followed by heating to approximately 500 ºC, forming a durable zinc-iron alloy coating. These galvanized steel coils are celebrated for their excellent paint adhesion and weldability, making them an ideal choice for countless applications.

Our state-of-the-art galvanizing steel production line is a powerhouse with an impressive annual output capacity of 200,000 tons.
