Method for rust removal
(1). Initiate the process by cleansing the steel surface with a solvent to effectively eliminate any organic matter that may be present, ensuring a pristine surface.
(2). Employ tools such as wire brushes to meticulously remove rust, scale, welding slag, and any loose or inclined particles, leaving the surface smooth and clean.
(3). Opt for the pickling method for efficient rust removal, ensuring the surface is immaculate and ready for coating, achieving an optimal finish.
The galvanizing process is systematically distinguished into hot-dip and cold-dip methods. Hot-dip galvanizing offers superior rust resistance, making it the preferred choice, while cold-dip galvanizing remains more vulnerable to corrosion.
