Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product, meticulously coated with organic materials on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forms a strong and resilient color-coated layer. Beyond zinc's natural protection, the organic coating provides excellent insulation, effectively preventing rust and extending the service life far beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content stands at 180g/m2 (double-sided), with building exteriors reaching an impressive 275g/m2 for enhanced durability.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet enriched with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, this product boasts aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It significantly outperforms standard hot-dip galvanized sheets, offering corrosion resistance by a factor of 2-5 times. Withstanding continuous or fluctuating temperatures up to an impressive 490°C, it resists severe oxidation or scaling. Its superior heat and light reflectivity doubles that of standard galvanized steel, exceeding a reflectivity rating of 0.75, making it the ideal choice for energy-efficient building solutions.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
