Comprehensive Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet, derived from coating organic material onto a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, offers enhanced zinc protection. It provides insulation, rust prevention, and an extended service life compared to traditional galvanized sheets. Typically featuring a zinc content of 180g/m2 (double-sided), it goes up to 275g/m2 for building exteriors, ensuring robust protection.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as the substrate, this modern material boasts impressive properties. With a dual-sided aluminum and zinc content of 150g/m2, its corrosion resistance is 2-5 times greater than that of standard hot-dip galvanized sheets. It withstands high temperatures of up to 490°C without severe oxidation. Its heat and light reflectivity, twice that of typical galvanized steel, and over 0.75 reflectivity make it an ideal energy-saving building material.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
The electro-galvanized color-coated sheet, crafted by applying and baking organic paint onto an electro-galvanized sheet, stands out for its visual appeal and processing capabilities. However, due to the thin zinc layer, with a content of 20/20g/m2, it is unsuitable for outdoor use on walls or roofs. Its beauty and adaptability make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Exhibiting excellent adhesion and a vibrant palette, this material offers broad formability and outdoor durability with medium chemical resistance, all at a cost-effective price.
Silicon Modified Polyester

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
