(2) Material hardness: Ensuring optimal hardness avoids challenging polishing scenarios. Soft materials may result in undesirable 'orange peel' effects during deep drawing, impacting the BQ property, whereas harder materials maintain superior BQ characteristics.
(3) For deeply drawn components, potential surface imperfections like small black spots and RIDGING, which can impact the BQ performance, are carefully managed.

4. Heat resistance

Our 301 Stainless Steel Strip is crafted to exhibit remarkable heat resistance, retaining its superior physical and mechanical attributes even under high-temperature conditions.
The role of carbon: Carbon plays a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of austenitic stainless steels. It robustly forms and stabilizes austenite, expanding its region significantly more than nickel, approximately 30-fold. As an interstitial element, carbon fortifies the austenitic stainless steel through solid solution strengthening, enhancing both strength and stress corrosion resistance, particularly in highly concentrated chloride environments like 42% MgCl2 boiling solutions.
