1. Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet: This robust sheet is crafted by immersing sheet steel into a molten zinc bath, creating a zinc layer that adheres firmly to its surface. Today, it is predominantly manufactured using the continuous galvanizing process, where rolled steel plates are constantly immersed in a zinc-molten plating tank, resulting in high-quality galvanized steel.

Alloyed Galvanized Steel Sheet: Produced through the hot-dip method, this steel plate is heated to approximately 500 ºC immediately after being removed from the tank, forming a strong alloy film of zinc and iron. This variant of galvanized sheet is renowned for its excellent paint adhesion and superb weldability.
3. Electro-galvanized Steel Sheet: Created via the electroplating method, this type of sheet boasts exceptional workability. Although the coating is relatively thin, which might affect its corrosion resistance compared to hot-dip galvanized sheets, it remains a popular choice for many applications.
4. Single-Sided and Double-Sided Differential Galvanized Steel: Single-sided galvanized steel sheet has zinc coating on one side only, offering enhanced adaptability in welding, painting, and anti-rust treatments compared to double-sided counterparts. To address the uncoated side, there is a variant with a thin zinc layer on the other side, known as double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
