The pretreated substrate is immersed in molten zinc liquid, and a layer of zinc-iron alloy coating is formed on the surface of the substrate through chemical reaction. Corrosion resistance: Galvalumed sheet has strong corrosion resistance, with a normal service life of up to 25 years, which is 3-6 times longer than Galcanized sheet and is comparable to stainless steel. The corrosion resistance of Galvalumed sheets comes from the barrier layer protection function of aluminum and the dedicated protection function of zinc. 4. Corrosion resistance after coating: After the Galvalumed plate itself is partially painted and baked, the corrosion resistance of the unsprayed parts will be slightly reduced. The function is much better than electroplated color zinc, electrogalvanized sheet and hot-dip galvanized sheet.
