Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is an organic-coated marvel on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forming a durable color-coated layer. Zinc content averages 180g/m2, with exterior construction options soaring to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Designed on a hot-dip galvanized steel base with 55% Al-Zn, this sheet surpasses standard galvanized sheets in corrosion resistance by 2-5 times. It can endure temperatures up to 490°C, boasting remarkable heat and light reflectivity, making it an energy-efficient choice for modern construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
This electro-galvanized substrate, when coated and baked with organic paint, transforms into a color-coated sheet. Despite a thinner zinc layer (~20/20g/m2), it's perfect for aesthetically pleasing home applications, interior design, and steel furniture, though not ideal for exteriors.
Polyester (PE)

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
