1. Weldability

Welding performance varies with product applications. While some tableware and pot manufacturers may not prioritize welding capabilities, many products demand superior welding features in raw materials. This includes second-class tableware, thermos cups, steel pipes, water heaters, and water dispensers, all requiring top-tier welding performance for optimal use.

2. Corrosion Resistance

Our stainless steel products boast outstanding corrosion resistance, essential for items like Class I and II tableware, kitchen utensils, water heaters, and water dispensers. Rigorous corrosion resistance tests are often conducted by international clients, using heated NACL aqueous solutions to assess durability. Note: During polishing, the Fe content in abrasive materials can cause surface rust points under testing conditions.

3. Polishing Performance

In the modern landscape, the majority of stainless steel products undergo polishing, with exceptions like water heater and water dispenser liners. Hence, an excellent polishing performance of raw materials is paramount. Factors influencing this include:
(1) Surface defects, such as scratches, pitting, and signs of pickling.
(2) Raw material issues. Low hardness impairs polishing ease (poor BQ property) and may cause orange peel effects during deep drawing, affecting BQ property. Higher hardness generally correlates with better BQ properties.
(3) Deep-drawn products may exhibit small black spots and RIDGING on extensively deformed surfaces, affecting BQ performance.

4. Heat Resistance

Our stainless steel excels in heat resistance, retaining superior physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.
Carbon Influence: Carbon plays a pivotal role in forming and stabilizing austenite while expanding the austenite region in austenitic stainless steels. Its austenite-forming ability is approximately 30 times that of nickel, significantly enhancing strength through solid solution strengthening. Moreover, carbon elevates the stress corrosion resistance in highly concentrated chloride environments, such as 42% MgCl2 boiling solutions.
