Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is meticulously layered with organic material atop a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, producing a resilient and durable color-coated sheet. Beyond zinc's natural protection, the organic coating provides superb insulation, effectively preventing rust and significantly extending its lifespan beyond conventional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is around 180g/m2 (double-sided), with building exterior options reaching an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Featuring a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, it boasts aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). This remarkable sheet surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets in corrosion resistance by 2-5 times. It withstands continuous or intermittent temperatures up to a robust 490°C without succumbing to oxidation or scaling. Its superior heat and light reflectivity is double that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflective index surpassing 0.75, marking it as an exceptional choice for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base coated with organic paint and thoroughly baked, it evolves into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
