Our galvanized coils undergo a meticulous transformation where sheet steel is submerged in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a robust zinc-coated finish. Predominantly, this process utilizes continuous galvanizing, immersing rolled steel plates in a zinc-melted plating tank to yield exceptional galvanized steel plates. For the production of alloyed galvanized steel plates, we employ a specialized hot dip method, followed by heating to a precise temperature of approximately 500 ºC, forming a durable zinc-iron alloy coating. Our galvanized steel coils boast excellent paint adhesion and weldability, making them an ideal choice for a diverse range of applications.

Our cutting-edge galvanizing steel production line showcases an impressive annual output capacity of 200,000 tons. It is meticulously engineered to produce a diverse range of finishes, including zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle, and common zinc spangle, perfectly catering to diverse industrial requirements.
