Classification
Hot dip galvanized substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet is a product of coating an organic layer on galvanized steel, boasting both zinc's protective properties and an insulating, anti-rust coating for extended longevity compared to typical galvanized sheets. With a zinc content generally at 180g/m2 (double-sided), and for building exteriors reaching a maximum of 275g/m2, it offers exceptional durability.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
Featuring a 55% Al-Zn coating, this substrate offers 2-5 times the corrosion resistance compared to standard galvanized sheets. It withstands temperatures up to 490°C without oxidation or scaling, and its thermal and light reflectivity, at over 0.75, makes it a superb energy-efficient building material.
Electro-galvanized substrate
Using an electro-galvanized sheet as its base, this color-coated product excels with an organic paint layer. Although the zinc layer is thin at 20/20g/m2, rendering it unsuitable for external walls or roofs, its aesthetic appeal and excellent processing performance make it ideal for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
This material offers superior adhesion, a vibrant spectrum of colors, impressive formability, and durable performance outdoors, all at a cost-effective price, with medium chemical resistance.
Silicon modified polyester
Known as (SMP), this coating provides commendable hardness, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, along with good outdoor durability and resistance to chalking. It retains gloss well, with average flexibility and a moderate cost.
High Durability Polyester
Known as (HDP), this material excels in color retention, UV resistance, and outdoor durability, coupled with chalk resistance. It offers excellent film adhesion, a rich palette of colors, and outstanding cost-effectiveness.
Polyvinylidene fluoride
