(2) Raw material properties pose challenges. Insufficient hardness leads to poor BQ properties, complicating polishing, while overly soft materials may induce an orange peel effect during deep drawing, affecting BQ quality. Achieving optimal hardness enhances BQ characteristics.
(3) For deep-drawn products, the appearance of small black spots and RIDGING in highly deformed areas can compromise BQ performance.
