Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
Coated with organic material over a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, this product forms a durable color-coated sheet. The organic coating not only enhances the zinc's protection but also provides effective insulation, fighting rust and extending the service life significantly beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching up to 275g/m2 for even greater protection.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
This remarkable sheet utilizes a hot-dip galvanized steel base with 55% Al-Zn, featuring aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It offers corrosion resistance 2-5 times greater than standard hot-dip galvanized sheets, comfortably withstanding temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity is twice that of standard galvanized steel, with reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it an excellent choice for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
Built on an electro-galvanized base and coated with organic paint, this substrate transforms into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. With a thin zinc layer of approximately 20/20g/m2, it's best suited for interior applications due to its aesthetic elegance and superior processability, making it ideal for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration projects.
Polyester (PE)
This coating offers excellent adhesion, a rich array of vibrant colors, flexible formability, and robust outdoor durability, combined with medium chemical resistance and cost efficiency.

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
