Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This innovative product features an organic coating over a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forming a robust color-coated sheet. Beyond the zinc's protective embrace, the organic layer offers additional insulation and shield against rust, significantly extending its lifespan compared to traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content measures 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
By utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a composition of 55% Al-Zn, this substrate contains aluminum and zinc at approximately 150g/m2 (double-sided). Its corrosion resistance surpasses that of standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times. It endures temperatures up to 490°C without oxidation or scaling and doubles the heat and light reflectivity of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity surpassing 0.75, making it a top choice for energy-efficient building applications.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
Starting with an electro-galvanized base, when further enhanced with organic paint and baked, it transforms into a stunning electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Despite its thin zinc layer, around 20/20g/m2, which limits its use for exterior walls or roofs, its striking aesthetic appeal and excellent processability make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and elegant interior decoration.
