3. Polishing performance

(1) Surface defects in raw materials, such as scratches, pitting, and pickling, can impact the final polish quality.
(2) Material hardness plays a crucial role. Insufficient hardness hinders polishing and leads to defects like orange peel during deep drawing, adversely affecting BQ properties. Conversely, higher hardness generally enhances these attributes.
