Classification
Hot dip galvanized substrate
By applying an organic coating to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the result is a hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. Beyond zinc's protective qualities, the organic coating insulates and shields against rust, extending the lifespan beyond conventional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content of the hot-dip galvanized substrate is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with up to 275g/m2 for building exteriors.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet featuring 55% Al-Zn serves as the innovative coating substrate. Typically, aluminum and zinc content is 150g/m2 (double-sided), providing corrosion resistance 2-5 times greater than standard galvanized sheets. It withstands continuous or intermittent heating up to 490°C without significant oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflection capabilities are twice that of traditional galvanized steel, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient building.
Electro-galvanized substrate
Electro-galvanized sheets serve as the base for color-coated sheets, featuring a thin zinc layer with typical content at 20/20g/m2. While unsuitable for exterior walls or roofs due to its delicate zinc layer, its aesthetic appeal and outstanding processing performance make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decor.
Polyester (PE)
This offers exceptional adhesion, a rich palette of colors, excellent formability, outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and is cost-effective.
Silicon modified polyester
Also known as SMP, this coating film offers impressive hardness, abrasion and heat resistance, with reliable outdoor durability and chalk resistance. It retains gloss with average flexibility and is moderately priced.
High Durability Polyester
Also referred to as HDP, it features superior color retention and UV resistance, offering excellent outdoor durability and chalk resistance. It provides good film adhesion, a vibrant color selection, and outstanding cost effectiveness.
Polyvinylidene fluoride
Known as PVDF, it boasts remarkable color retention and UV resistance, outstanding outdoor durability, chalk resistance, excellent solvent resistance, robust formability, and dirt resistance. While its color options are limited, it is a high-cost choice.

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
