1. Exceptional Weldability
Different applications of our stainless steel products come with unique welding requirements. While tableware and some cookware may not necessitate welding properties, a wide array of products demand exceptional weldability in the raw materials. This includes items such as second-class tableware, thermos cups, steel pipes, water heaters, and water dispensers, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
2. Superior Corrosion Resistance
Our stainless steel products are engineered for outstanding corrosion resistance, catering to a diverse range of applications including Class I and II tableware, kitchen utensils, water heaters, and water dispensers. Rigorous corrosion resistance tests are conducted, such as using NACL aqueous solutions heated to boiling. After exposure, the solution is removed, the surface washed and dried, and weight loss measured to assess corrosion levels. Note: During polishing, Fe presence in abrasive cloth or sandpaper may introduce rust spots in tests.
3. Optimal Polishing Performance
In the contemporary manufacturing landscape, the majority of stainless steel products undergo polishing, with exceptions such as water heater and water dispenser liners. Hence, raw material polishing performance is critical. Key factors affecting polishing include:
(1) Surface imperfections, including scratches, pitting, and pickling, which must be minimized for superior polish.
(2) Material hardness. Insufficient hardness complicates polishing, leading to suboptimal BQ properties, while excessive softness may cause orange peel effects during deep drawing. Ideally, higher hardness materials enhance BQ characteristics.
(3) Deep-drawn products may exhibit small black spots and ridging on heavily deformed areas, impacting BQ performance.

With a capacity to form austenite approximately 30 times that of nickel, carbon significantly enhances the strength of austenitic stainless steel through solid solution strengthening. It also bolsters stress corrosion resistance in environments with high chloride concentrations, such as 42% MgCl2 boiling solutions.

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
