Rust Removal Techniques
(1). Begin by using a solvent to meticulously cleanse the steel surface, effectively removing any organic matter present.
(2). Subsequently, employ tools such as a wire brush to eliminate rust, loose or inclined scale, and welding slag, ensuring a clean surface.
(3). Conclude the process with pickling to ensure thorough rust removal.
Galvanizing processes are classified into: hot-dip and cold-dip. Hot-dip galvanizing is less prone to rust, while cold-dip galvanizing is more susceptible to rust formation.
