Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This innovative product features a robust color-coated sheet crafted by applying an organic material to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The organic coating extends beyond zinc's protective ability, adding insulation and protection, effectively combating rust and significantly extending the service life compared to traditional galvanized sheets. Zinc content typically measures 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching up to 275g/m2 for enhanced durability.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
This advanced sheet utilizes a hot-dip galvanized steel substrate with 55% Al-Zn, boasting aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in terms of corrosion resistance. Additionally, it withstands continuous or intermittent temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling, and its heat and light reflectivity is twice that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it a preferred choice for energy-efficient building designs.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
Featuring an electro-galvanized base, this product is transformed into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet when coated with organic paint and baked. Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
