Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product, coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forms a robust color-coated sheet. It not only benefits from zinc's protective shield but also the organic coating's insulation. This dual protection combats rust and extends the service life far beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content measures 180g/m² (double-sided), with building exterior options reaching up to 275g/m².
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as the substrate, it features aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m² (double-sided). This sheet surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in corrosion resistance and withstands temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity is twice that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it a premier choice for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, when coated with organic paint and baked, it transforms into an elegantly designed electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Due to its thin zinc layer, approximately 20/20g/m², it's not suitable for exterior walls or roofs. However, its aesthetic appeal and excellent processing make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
