Product Description

Color-coated coils are ingeniously crafted starting from a foundation of hot-dip galvanized sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, and similar variants. Through meticulous surface pretreatment, which includes chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatments, these sheets are transformed. A series of organic coatings are artfully applied, resulting in a vibrant, color-rich surface. This process concludes with a baking cure that solidifies its quality. Known as color-coated coils, these masterpieces are adorned with organic coatings in an array of stunning colors.

When the hot-dip galvanized steel strip serves as the base, the color-coated steel strip reaps the protective benefits of a zinc layer. The organic coating applied over the zinc acts as a resilient shield, significantly enhancing the strip's resistance to rust. This fortified barrier extends the lifespan of the steel strip to an impressive 1.5 times that of a standard galvanized strip, providing exceptional longevity and robustness.

Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
By applying an organic coating to the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the result is a hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. The organic coating not only insulates but also protects, extending the longevity far beyond a standard hot-dip galvanized sheet. Zinc content generally stands at 180g/m2 (double-sided), with a maximum of 275g/m2 for building exteriors.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Using a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as a new substrate, it features aluminum and zinc content typically at 150g/m2 (double-sided). This sheet's corrosion resistance is 2-5 times greater than that of a regular hot-dip galvanized sheet. It withstands temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling, reflecting heat and light twice as effectively, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it an ideal energy-saving building material.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
The electro-galvanized sheet, with organic paint coating and baking, becomes the electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Its zinc layer is thin at 20/20g/m2, making it unsuitable for outdoor walls or roofs. However, its aesthetic appeal and superior processing performance make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Boasting excellent adhesion, vivid colors, and expansive formability, it ensures outdoor durability, moderate chemical resistance, and is cost-effective.
Silicon Modified Polyester
Known as SMP, this coating film offers remarkable hardness, wear resistance, and heat resistance, along with good exterior durability and resistance to chalking, retaining gloss with average flexibility at a moderate cost.
High Durability Polyester
