Classification
Hot-Dip Galvanized Substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet combines the protective power of zinc with an insulating organic coating, offering superior rust prevention and longer service life. Typically, it has a zinc content of 180g/m² (double-sided), with up to 275g/m² for exterior building applications.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Hot-dip Al-Zn steel sheets, featuring 55% Al-Zn and 150g/m² zinc content, offer 2-5 times better corrosion resistance than traditional galvanized sheets. They withstand temperatures up to 490°C without oxidation, with a reflectivity over 0.75, making them ideal for energy-efficient building solutions.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
The electro-galvanized color-coated sheet, with its thin 20/20g/m² zinc layer, is unsuitable for outdoor construction but excels in aesthetics and processing capabilities, perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decor.
Polyester (PE)

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
