Carbon steel plate is a kind of material with a large amount of use, which is divided into ordinary low carbon steel plate and special steel plate, including low alloy high strength steel and corrosion and heat resistant clad steel plate. Ordinary low-carbon steel sheets are divided into two types: cold-rolled and hot-rolled. Cold-rolled steel sheets have good surface quality and precise thickness and dimensions, and are mostly used in the manufacture of car bodies. Hot-rolled sheets are mostly used in the manufacture of frames and the like.
Carbon steel plate is a kind of steel with carbon content lower than a certain value and without any alloying elements infiltrating in the popular sense. We also call it ordinary carbon steel and carbon steel. Now the common carbon steel plates on the market include carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, and cast steel.
The material of carbon steel plate
It is a kind of steel with a carbon content of less than 2.11% and no deliberate addition of metal elements. It can also be called ordinary carbon steel or carbon steel. In addition to carbon, there are also a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements in it. The higher the carbon content, the better the hardness and strength, but the plasticity will be worse.

Classification of carbon steel

3. According to the deoxidation method, it can be divided into boiling steel, killed steel, semi-killed steel and special killed steel.
