Hot dip galvanized substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet is a marvel of modern engineering, combining a robust zinc layer with an organic coating for enhanced insulation and protection. With a zinc content of typically 180g/m2 and up to 275g/m2 for exterior use, it outperforms traditional galvanized sheets with extended lifespan and rust prevention.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
Our innovative hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, enriched with 55% Al-Zn coating, offers unrivaled corrosion resistance, 2-5 times superior to standard galvanized sheets. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 490°C without significant oxidation, it reflects heat and light twice as effectively, making it an exceptional energy-efficient building material.
Electro-galvanized substrate
