Classification
Hot-Dip Galvanized Substrate
By applying an organic coating to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, we create a hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. Beyond zinc's protective prowess, the organic layer insulates and defends against rust, ensuring a longer service life than standard galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with exterior building sheets featuring up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a 55% Al-Zn hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as the base, this new coating offers 2-5 times the corrosion resistance of traditional galvanized sheets. It withstands temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation, making it a superb energy-efficient building material with a reflectivity over 0.75.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
The electro-galvanized sheet, enhanced with organic paint and baking, creates an attractive electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Despite its thin zinc layer, typically 20/20g/m2, it excels in aesthetics and processing, ideal for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior décor, although not suited for outdoor use.
Polyester (PE)
Exhibits excellent adhesion, a vibrant color palette, broad formability, durability in outdoor settings, moderate chemical resistance, all at a cost-effective price point.
Silicon Modified Polyester
(SMP) delivers a durable coating film with formidable hardness, abrasion and heat resistance, outstanding outdoor resilience, chalk resistance, gloss retention, fair flexibility, and is moderately priced.
High Durability Polyester
(HDP) provides superior color retention and UV resistance, exceptional outdoor durability, chalk resistance, strong film adhesion, a rich color selection, and outstanding cost-effectiveness.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
