Classification
Hot dip galvanized substrate
When organic coatings are expertly applied to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the result is an exceptional hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. Beyond zinc's protective qualities, the organic coating provides excellent insulation and protection against rust, extending its service life far beyond a regular galvanized sheet. With a zinc content typically at 180g/m² (double-sided) and a maximum of 275g/m² for building exteriors, this product is a standout.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, enriched with 55% Al-Zn, serves as a cutting-edge coating substrate. With aluminum and zinc content usually at 150g/m² (double-sided), its corrosion resistance is impressively 2-5 times more than standard galvanized sheets. Even at high temperatures up to 490°C, it resists oxidation and scaling. With its ability to reflect heat and light twice as effectively and a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, it's the ideal material for energy-efficient buildings.
Electro-galvanized substrate
Utilizing an electro-galvanized sheet as the substrate, this product is created by applying organic paint and baking, resulting in an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. While the zinc layer is thin-usually 20/20g/m²-making it unsuitable for outdoor walls or roofs, its appealing appearance and superior processing performance make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decorations.
Polyester (PE)
Known for superb adhesion, rich color diversity, and outstanding formability. PE offers excellent outdoor durability and medium chemical resistance, all at a budget-friendly cost.
Silicon modified polyester
Also referred to as (SMP), this coating boasts impressive hardness, abrasion resistance, and heat endurance. It offers good external durability, chalk resistance, and gloss retention, with average flexibility and moderate cost.
High Durability Polyester
