Hot Dip Galvanized Base
This product is carefully coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet to produce a sturdy and long-lasting color-coated sheet. Providing not only zinc's natural defense, the organic coating also delivers superior insulation, effectively preventing rust and greatly extending the service life far beyond standard galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content stands at approximately 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for exterior building applications reaching an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Base
Employing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn base, it features aluminum and zinc content around 150g/m2 (double-sided). This remarkable sheet surpasses conventional hot-dip galvanized sheets by an astounding 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. It endures continuous or intermittent temperatures up to a robust 490°C without succumbing to severe oxidation or scaling. Electro-Galvanized Base

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
