Surface condition: Discover a spectrum of surface finishes achieved through diverse coating treatments, including ordinary spangle, fine spangle, flat spangle, no spangle, and phosphating surfaces. Each finish caters to different aesthetic and functional needs. The galvanized sheet boasts an impeccable appearance, devoid of any defects that could compromise its usage. This high standard eliminates issues such as missing plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thickness, scratches, chromic acid stains, and white rust. While international standards may not fully address these specific appearance flaws, we ensure that any such defects are meticulously itemized in our contracts, guaranteeing transparency and quality assurance.
According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
1. Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. This exceptional sheet is crafted by immersing steel into a molten zinc bath, resulting in a robust zinc coating. Predominantly produced through a continuous galvanizing process, it involves submerging rolled steel plates consistently in a zinc-melted plating tank, ensuring thorough and durable protective coverage.
2. Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. Produced via the same hot-dip method, this steel sheet is immediately heated to around 500 ºC upon exiting the tank. This step forms a robust zinc-iron alloy film, enhancing the product's paint adhesion and weldability, making it ideal for applications demanding high-performance coatings.
3. Electro-galvanized steel sheet. Created through an electroplating technique, this steel sheet boasts excellent workability. Despite its thinner coating, it offers a sleek finish, although its corrosion resistance may not match that of hot-dip galvanized sheets, it's perfect for projects prioritizing ease of manipulation.
4. Single-sided and double-sided differential galvanized steel. The single-sided variant offers zinc coating on one side, providing greater flexibility in welding, painting, and anti-rust treatments compared to double-sided sheets. To address the zinc absence on one side, a double-sided differential version is available, offering a thin zinc layer on the opposite side for balanced protection.
5. Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. By utilizing an innovative blend of zinc with other metals like aluminum and lead, these sheets form superior alloys or composite coatings. The result is a steel plate with outstanding anti-rust and coating performance, catering to specialized industrial needs.

Kaishuo Weiye Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
