Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is artfully coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, producing a robust color-coated sheet that transcends the innate protection of zinc. The organic coating offers excellent insulation, effectively preventing rust and significantly extending its service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is around 180g/m2 (double-sided), but options for building exteriors can reach an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Crafted with a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet featuring a 55% Al-Zn substrate, this sheet boasts aluminum and zinc contents of approximately 150g/m2 (double-sided). It outshines standard hot-dip galvanized sheets with a corrosion resistance that exceeds 2-5 times the norm, enduring continuous or sporadic temperatures up to a commanding 490°C without succumbing to significant oxidation or scaling. Its superior heat and light reflectivity, rated over 0.75, makes it an ideal, energy-efficient choice for construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
