Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This innovative product is meticulously coated with an organic layer on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forming a resilient color-coated sheet. While zinc offers a basic shield, the organic coating provides an extra layer of insulation and protection, effectively resisting rust and extending service life well beyond that of traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching as high as 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as a base, this sheet features aluminum and zinc contents totaling approximately 150g/m2 (double-sided). It surpasses the standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in terms of corrosion resistance. The sheet withstands continuous or intermittent temperatures of up to 490°C, exhibiting minimal oxidation or scaling. Its ability to reflect heat and light is double that of standard galvanized steel, boasting a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it an ideal candidate for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, when coated with organic paint and baked, it transforms into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Due to its thin zinc layer, about 20/20g/m2, it's not recommended for exterior walls or roofs. However, its aesthetic appeal and superb processability make it a perfect choice for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Offers remarkable adhesion, a vibrant and extensive color palette, flexible formability, and durable outdoor longevity, combined with medium chemical resistance and cost-efficiency.
Silicon Modified Polyester

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
