Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
Crafted by applying an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet offers zinc's protective benefits and the organic coating's insulation prowess. This dual protection extends the lifespan beyond standard galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with building exteriors reaching up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Using a 55% Al-Zn hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as a new substrate, the aluminum and zinc content sits at 150g/m2 (double-sided). Its corrosion resistance prevails 2-5 times over the hot-dip galvanized equivalent. It withstands temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation, and its heat and light reflection doubles that of regular galvanized steel, showcasing a reflectivity above 0.75, marking it as a prime choice for energy-saving building materials.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
This product, derived from an electro-galvanized sheet substrate coated with organic paint and baked, is known for its thin zinc layer-20/20g/m2. While not suitable for outdoor structural use, its aesthetic charm and excellent processing features make it ideal for home appliances, audio systems, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
