Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is expertly coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, resulting in a sturdy and resilient color-coated sheet. Not only does it carry zinc's natural protection, but the organic coating also offers superior insulation, effectively defying rust and significantly extending service life. Typically, zinc content averages 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching up to an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Crafted using a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, this sheet features aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It demonstrates corrosion resistance that surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times, enduring continuous or intermittent temperatures reaching 490°C without succumbing to oxidation or scaling. Its superior heat and light reflectivity exceptionally doubles that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity rating exceeding 0.75, making it a prime choice for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, once coated with organic paint and thoroughly baked, it transforms into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
