Product Description

Our Color-Coated Steel Coils are crafted from high-quality hot-dip galvanized sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, and more. Through meticulous surface pretreatment, including chemical degreasing and conversion treatment, one or more layers of vibrant organic coatings are applied, followed by precise baking to cure the finish. These coils, adorned with a spectrum of colors, are known as color-coated coils, offering a fusion of visual appeal and robust performance.

The color-coated steel strip, utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel strip as its foundation, benefits from the robust protection of the zinc layer. The organic coating that embellishes the zinc layer not only enhances appearance but also fortifies protection against rust, significantly extending the steel strip's lifespan to approximately 1.5 times longer than traditional galvanized strips.

Classification
Hot dip galvanized substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet is achieved by applying an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. This innovation not only preserves the zinc's protective properties but also adds insulation and protection against rust, prolonging the sheet's lifespan beyond that of the standard hot-dip galvanized sheet. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with the maximum amount for building exteriors being 275g/m2.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (comprising 55% Al-Zn) as a novel substrate, this material typically contains aluminum and zinc content of 150g/m2 (double-sided). Its corrosion resistance is 2-5 times superior to a hot-dip galvanized sheet. It can withstand temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling, and it offers double the heat and light reflection, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75. This makes it an ideal material for energy-efficient buildings.
Electro-galvanized substrate
The electro-galvanized color-coated sheet is developed by applying organic paint on an electro-galvanized substrate. However, due to its thin zinc layer, typically 20/20g/m2, it is not recommended for outdoor walls or roofs. Its aesthetic appeal and excellent processing capabilities make it perfect for appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decor.
Polyester (PE)
Remarkably adherent, offering a rich color palette with extensive formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and is cost-effective.
Silicon modified polyester
Known as (SMP), it features a coating film with impressive hardness, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, alongside good external durability, chalk resistance, gloss retention, average flexibility, and moderate cost.
High Durability Polyester
