Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product features a meticulously applied organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, resulting in a robust and durable color-coated sheet. It offers zinc's natural protection coupled with the organic coating's excellent insulation, combating rust and significantly extending the service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is around 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching an impressive 275g/m2, ensuring enduring performance.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, the aluminum and zinc contents are approximately 150g/m2 (double-sided). This exceptional sheet outperforms standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. It withstands temperatures up to a formidable 490°C without succumbing to severe oxidation or scaling. It boasts superior heat and light reflectivity, doubling that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity rating surpassing 0.75, making it ideal for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
