Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
Crafted to perfection, this product is meticulously coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, producing a resilient and robust color-coated sheet. Not only does it carry the innate protection of zinc, but the organic coating also provides excellent insulation, combating rust and significantly extending service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is approximately 180g/m2, with options for building exteriors reaching a remarkable 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Employing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, this impressive sheet surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets in corrosion resistance by an extraordinary 2-5 times. It endures continuous or intermittent temperatures up to a formidable 490°C without succumbing to oxidation or scaling. Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
