Rust Removal Method
(1). Start by thoroughly cleansing the steel surface with a solvent, effectively eliminating all organic matter.
(2). Employ tools such as wire brushes to meticulously remove rust, scale, welding slag, and any loose or inclined particles that compromise the surface.
(3). Choose the pickling method for efficient rust removal, ensuring a pristine surface ready for coating.
The galvanizing process can be divided into hot-dip and cold-dip methods. Hot-dip galvanizing provides superior rust resistance, while cold-dip galvanizing is more vulnerable to corrosion.
