Our exquisite Color-Coated Steel Sheets are masterfully crafted using cold-rolled steel strips and galvanized steel strips, either electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized, on a continuous unit. Through meticulous surface pretreatment-comprising both degreasing and chemical treatment-they are enveloped with a seamless layer of roller coating or multi-layer liquid coating. The result is a stunning sheet achieved after precise baking and cooling.
These steel sheets, adorned in a variety of captivating hues, are popularly known as color-coated steel sheets. Internationally, due to their unique pre-coating prior to formation, they are referred to as pre-coated steel plates.
