Step One

Step Two
Wire Drawing: Through the wire drawing process, the steel wire's diameter is expertly reduced via successive cold drawing, which significantly boosts its strength and hardness. To prevent strain aging and torsional fractures in high-strength spring steel wire, maintaining an outlet temperature below 150 ºC during each drawing phase is crucial.
