1. Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet: This classic technique involves immersing sheet steel in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a robust zinc coating. Predominantly produced via the state-of-the-art continuous galvanizing process, this method ensures consistent quality as the rolled steel is perpetually dipped in a zinc-melted plating tank.
2. Alloyed Galvanized Steel Sheet: Crafted using the hot-dip method, these sheets are immediately heated to approximately 500 ºC post-dipping, forming a durable zinc-iron alloy film. This results in superior paint adhesion and exceptional weldability, making it a versatile choice.

Kaishuo Weiye Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
