Step One

Step Two
Wire Drawing: The wire drawing process expertly reduces the diameter of the steel wire through successive cold drawing, greatly enhancing its strength and hardness. For high-strength spring steel wire, maintaining the outlet temperature below 150 ºC during each drawing phase is essential to prevent strain aging and torsional fractures. Effective lubrication and cooling are critical for managing temperature increases.
Heat Treatment: This critical phase involves quenching and tempering.
