Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
Coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, this product forms a superior color-coated sheet. Beyond zinc protection, the organic layer provides exceptional insulation and rust resistance, significantly extending service life compared to traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is 180g/m² (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching up to 275g/m².
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Built on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet containing 55% Al-Zn, this substrate showcases aluminum and zinc levels around 150g/m² (double-sided), delivering corrosion resistance 2-5 times superior to standard sheets. It can withstand temperatures up to 490°C without significant oxidation or scaling, while its heat and light reflectivity surpasses standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity over 0.75, ideal for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
This base transforms into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet when coated with organic paint and baked. With a thin zinc layer of about 20/20g/m², it's not recommended for exterior walls or roofs. However, its aesthetic appeal and excellent processing make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Featuring excellent adhesion and a vibrant array of colors, this coating offers versatile formability and reliable outdoor durability, along with moderate chemical resistance and cost efficiency.
Silicon Modified Polyester

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
