Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
By expertly coating an organic layer over the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, we create a color-coated sheet that not only benefits from zinc protection but also excels in insulation and rust prevention, extending its lifespan beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Our substrate typically contains 180g/m2 of zinc, with specific products for building exteriors reaching up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as the innovative coating substrate, the aluminum and zinc content stands at 150g/m2. The corrosion resistance triumphs at 2-5 times that of standard galvanized sheets. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 490°C, it reflects heat and light twice as efficiently as typical galvanized steel, with reflectivity exceeding 0.75, marking it as an ideal material for energy-efficient constructions.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
The electro-galvanized sheet serves as the substrate for our electro-galvanized color-coated sheet, formed through the meticulous application and baking of organic paint. Given the thin zinc layer-usually 20/20g/m2-it's primarily suited for indoor applications like home appliances and interior decoration, owing to its attractive appearance and superb processing capabilities.
Polyester (PE)
Offering excellent adhesion and a vibrant color palette, this coating supports a broad range of formability and ensures admirable outdoor durability, all at an economical cost.
Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP)

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
