Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is expertly coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, creating a durable and resilient color-coated sheet. Providing not only zinc's natural protection, the organic coating also offers excellent insulation, effectively preventing rust and significantly extending the service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Generally, zinc content is approximately 180g/m2 (double-sided), with offerings for building exteriors reaching up to an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Leveraging a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, it showcases aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). This extraordinary sheet surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by an exceptional 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. It withstands both continuous and intermittent temperatures up to a formidable 490°C without succumbing to severe oxidation or scaling. Electro-Galvanized Substrate

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
