Product Description

Our galvanized coils are expertly crafted by immersing the high-grade sheet steel into a molten zinc bath. This process ensures a robust zinc coating envelops the steel surface. Produced predominantly through a continuous galvanizing process, the rolled steel plates are perpetually submerged in a zinc-melted plating tank, resulting in the finest galvanized steel plates. For alloyed galvanized steel plates, the hot dip method is meticulously employed, with the material being heated to about 500 ºC post-immersion, forging a superior alloy coating of zinc and iron. This precise method grants the galvanized coil outstanding paint adhesion and exceptional weldability.

Our galvanizing steel production line boasts an impressive annual output capacity of 200,000 tons, capable of producing a variety of zinc spangles including zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle, and common zinc spangle, ensuring versatility and quality.

Offering a diverse range of thickness from 0.125 mm to 4.5mm, and widths from 500 mm to 1250 mm, our steel also features zinc coating options ranging from 40 - 275 g/m2. Additionally, our company has integrated a state-of-the-art slitting machine, expertly catering to various customer requirements regarding width specifications.
