Our galvanized coils undergo a meticulous, state-of-the-art galvanizing process where sheet steel is submerged in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a robust and long-lasting zinc-coated finish. This process primarily utilizes continuous galvanizing, immersing rolled steel plates in a zinc-melted plating tank to yield exceptional galvanized steel plates of unmatched durability. For the production of alloyed galvanized steel plates, a hot dip method is employed, followed by heating to approximately 500 ºC, forming a durable zinc-iron alloy coating that stands the test of time. Our galvanized steel coils boast excellent paint adhesion and superior weldability, making them an ideal choice for various demanding applications.

Our advanced galvanizing steel production line stands as a hallmark of innovation with an impressive annual output capacity of 200,000 tons.
