Product Description

Our galvanized coils are the result of a sophisticated process where sheet steel is submerged in a molten zinc bath, creating a resilient zinc-coated finish. The process predominantly involves continuous galvanizing, as rolled steel plates are immersed in a zinc-melted plating tank to produce superior galvanized steel plates. For alloyed galvanized steel plates, we employ a hot dip method followed by heating to around 500 ºC, establishing a tenacious zinc-iron alloy coating. These galvanized steel coils are renowned for their exceptional paint adhesion and weldability, rendering them a perfect fit for an array of applications.

Our cutting-edge galvanizing steel production line boasts a formidable annual output capacity of 200,000 tons, adept at producing a spectrum of finishes including zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle, and common zinc spangle, thereby meeting diverse industrial requirements with precision.
