Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
Engineered with a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet adorned with organic material, this product forms a resilient color-coated sheet. It combines zinc's protective strength with the insulation and defense offered by the organic coating, effectively combatting rust and extending longevity well beyond that of traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is about 180g/m2 (double-sided), with some exterior building options offering up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Crafted from a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn, this substrate features aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets in corrosion resistance by 2 to 5 times, enduring both continuous and intermittent temperatures up to 490°C without significant oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity is twice that of standard galvanized steel, boasting a reflectivity over 0.75, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient construction applications.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
When an electro-galvanized base is treated with organic paint and baked, it transforms into a striking electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Though its zinc layer is thin, approximately 20/20g/m2, making it unsuitable for exterior walls or roofs, its aesthetic appeal and excellent processing features make it perfect for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and elegant interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Offers superb adhesion, a stunning array of colors, versatile formability, and long-lasting outdoor durability. It also provides medium chemical resistance and is budget-friendly.
