Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is meticulously coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet to produce a robust and resilient color-coated sheet. Offering not just zinc's innate protection, the organic coating also provides excellent insulation, effectively combating rust and significantly extending the service life well beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is around 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, it boasts aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). This impressive sheet outperforms standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by a remarkable 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. It withstands continuous or intermittent temperatures up to a formidable 490°C without falling prey to severe oxidation or scaling. Its superior heat and light reflectivity effectively doubles that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity rating surpassing 0.75, marking it as an ideal choice for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, once coated with organic paint and thoroughly baked, it transforms into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. The thin zinc layer, approximately 20/20g/m2, precludes its use for exterior walls or roofs.
